Who am i?

Hey Love!

Welcome to my new blog! I’m excited to introduce myself. I’m Kenya Joy, a certified life coach, wife, mother, writer, author and entrepreneur who is passionate about helping women achieve their full potential.

As someone who has personal experience with ADHD, I understand the unique challenges that women with ADHD face. My coaching expertise, however, are not limited to women with ADHD. I work with women from all walks of life, helping them to develop a greater self-awareness, cultivate positive habits, and build fulfilling lives.

My prayer life and relationship with God have helped me through rough situations in my life, including my mental health. Being neurodivergent is often a mental challenge that can either be a blessing or a curse depending on how you look at it.  I choose to believe it is a blessing, but not knowing how to embrace the unique qualities and manage the manic can feel overwhelming.
