      Starting small truly saved me. When I let go of the pressure to “do it right” and just focused on showing up, everything shifted. And yes—combining movement with prayer has been such a game-changer! It keeps my mind and body engaged in a way that feels natural instead of forced.

      Whew, that inner critic… she’s loud sometimes, isn’t she? 😅 For me, silencing her starts with grace—reminding myself that God isn’t grading me, He’s just glad I came. I also journal those thoughts out when they show up so I can speak truth over them. That helps me untangle what’s real from what’s just noise.

      And absolutely—this approach works in so many other areas! Whether it’s building a new habit at work, picking up a creative hobby, or even learning to rest well, starting small and being consistent (not perfect) creates real, lasting change.
